Craftsmanship
We work with trades who take pride in the parts nobody sees. Framing, substrate and preparation are treated with the same care as the final finish.
Our Story
Artaplan Inc. was founded on a simple conviction: renovation should be a considered, professional experience — organised in its planning, precise in its execution, and honest at every stage.
We began with residential projects across Ontario and a standard we refused to compromise.
Too many homeowners had lived through the same story: an optimistic start, a vague scope, a schedule that drifted and a finish that never quite matched the promise. Artaplan Inc. was created as the alternative — a renovation company organised like a professional practice, where planning carries as much weight as construction.
That discipline shaped how we work. Every project starts with a full site assessment, a written scope and a realistic sequence of trades. Selections are confirmed before demolition. Site protection, dust control and daily clean-up are part of the scope, not a courtesy.
Over time our work expanded from single homes into apartment buildings, condominium units, rental turnovers and ongoing maintenance programs. The scale changed; the standard did not. Whether we are finishing a basement or preparing a dozen units for occupancy, the same team, the same process and the same accountability apply.
Today Artaplan Inc. serves homeowners, condo owners, landlords, property managers and real estate professionals throughout Ontario — most of them introduced by someone we have already built for.

Our commitment
"A renovation should leave a home better in ways you can see and in ways you never have to think about again."
What guides us
We work with trades who take pride in the parts nobody sees. Framing, substrate and preparation are treated with the same care as the final finish.
Alignment, reveals, transitions and hardware placement are decided deliberately. Detail is what separates a renovation from a finished home.
We specify materials that suit how the space is actually used, then install them properly. Durability is a design decision, not an upgrade.
Licensed, insured and permit-compliant. Clear scopes and documented change orders mean the project stays predictable from start to handover.
One point of contact, weekly progress updates and straight answers. You should never have to chase your renovation team for information.
Many clients return for a second phase, a second property or an ongoing maintenance program. That continuity is the measure we care about.

How we work

A written, line-item scope with materials, sequence and a realistic schedule.
Coordinated trades, protected surfaces, weekly updates and a clean site each day.
